The corners on those towers are slightly setback but not inverted like FCP. The effect should be closer to these suburban Toronto towers.

I time traveled to the future again and snapped this cool sunset picture of the newly finished "L-Tower".

I like the finished FCP re-clad and the complete Ritz too!

Enjoy!

Wow, can you travel to the future and tell me who wins the cup this year? I want to make some money in Vegas!

Hahaha I can only use my time traveling abilities for skyscraper stuff. I can't even sneak a look at the winning lottery numbers or I lose my powers.

Update:

I reworked the proportions of L-Tower to better match other renders. I also added all the balconies too!

Those photos are three years apart. The first one was destroyed due to unforseen circunstance so a new lighter version was built. As you can see the bubble of mithral shouding our real estate market eventually found its krytonite.

I think it's clearly obvious...

Alternate Universes.

My time machine is not as precise as I would like it to be.

Thanks Koop! That's high praise coming from you! I really appreciate that.

I love all your renders for the Diagrams Page. I especially like to look at the evolution of your designs for any specific tower and how you refine each one.

Keep up the fantastic work!

Cheers!

Near Future Renders (Spoiler Alert)

There was a thread for renders and future views but it must have been deleted. So here's a new one.

A view of Lower Town, South of the rail tracks in Toronto, in about five years time. I am hoping they build 16 York within that time-frame. Also in the shot: Success II, Infinity 3 and 4 and of course ICE I and ICE II.

good work Traynor.

I think there is a special trick to pulling up the old threads... gotta use the date functions on the left of the query.

Vancouver in a "few" years:

Added Ritz carlton (supposed to start again now), Patina (nearing completion), Georgia (half-done), Capitol (nearly done), the Mark (about to u/c)

The thing that is really great about the recent Toronto development, is that the northsouth skyline, is building more presence and depth, and the waterfront skyline will also building might not be able to hold against all the newer projects that'll be so interesting to watch rising from the east or west.

Futre Prediction: NorthSouth skyline on ceramic plates for the tourists...

Vancouvers downtown doesn't have that kind of height!

I hope there is more colour variation from the basic green motif we have going on right now.

ICE 1, 2, 18 York, and 16 York should help with that.

Let's see what Fairmont has planned.
