There have been a few involving one storey additions as well.
There was several floors added to 2 different buildings on princess in the last aww 5 yrs as well and the hemple building on portage Ave had several floors added to it as well

28 Queen Elizabeth Way had a floor added a few years ago.

There's actually quite a few random buildings in the Exchange that have recently had floors, or partial floors added on, like:

that was done 25plus yrs ago if i recal

The Hary Realty in the house on Corydon is still for lease/sale. I really hope someone tears it down and builds something else – that is probably the most hideous building in the entire area. At the very least, gut it, and either put grass out front or a really nice patio.

just needs a new yard of some sort otherwise it adds to the charm of the strip

New smart park building by cibinel. Some pretty clear mulionless glass. Is it me or is that pretty much the same design proposed for the RRC building on Elgin? Anyone have an image of that?
