One of the penthouses seems to be renting for a fairly good price.

I don't understand the problem with a view of cemetery. There are no more quiet neighbors than that and views are forever. I can see Forest Lawn Cemetery while sleeping in my bed and have never had bad spirits visit me. It's a nice green lawn.

Sounds to me just as irrational as the fear of 4th or 13th floor...
I agree. The views are indeed forever. I will post some pics of the view shortly. Have not visited this forum in a while.

Nice view from one of the sub-penthouses.

Beauty. Really highlights the distance to Brentwood, despite it all appearing like one skyline from downtown.

Is it true that there aren't many East Asians living in Escala and Aviara due to their proximity to the cemetery?

MetroYVR, there are many East Asians living at Escala and some actually have units that face the cemetary.

I will gladly have a cemetery for the views of the mountains as well as the quietness that comes with it. Once I figure out how to post pictures I will do so. Edit: I could not upload pictures, but below are links to the ones I took from my unit.
