I don't know why, but this building seems to say "Big City" to me more than any others being built in Hamilton right now.

A very nice addition to that intersection.

Initially, I was a little peeved that there wouldn't be anything on the ground floor (cafe, restaurant) but I'm very happy with the almost-finished result.

It definitely is a nice building. I think the height and size fits in perfectly with the neighborhood and it should add some nice activity to Dundurn. I love seeing these moderately sized infill projects.

Whoa, $1350 for a one bedroom with no square footage listed and "Spacious open concept design with no wasted space" in the description which is probably code for relatively small square footage. Still the rental stock in Hamilton is pretty much all pre-1975 and it is in a nice location so there's not much supply of newer stuff.

In regards to the listing, one thing I liked when living in Germany was how prominently rental costs per square meter were in the listings. Sometimes I wish they did this in Hamilton.
