Yep, just one level of parking. There will be storage for bikes and a carshare parking spot along Dundurn St.

Red brick facade with stones on the base of the building.

looks great. Really amazing that this kind of project got built in this kind of town. McHattie deserves a lot of praise.

I don't know why, but this building seems to say "Big City" to me more than any others being built in Hamilton right now.

A very nice addition to that intersection.

Initially, I was a little peeved that there wouldn't be anything on the ground floor (cafe, restaurant) but I'm very happy with the almost-finished result.

It definitely is a nice building. I think the height and size fits in perfectly with the neighborhood and it should add some nice activity to Dundurn. I love seeing these moderately sized infill projects.

Wonderful! Looking forward to see the results of 'W-Lofts' at the bayfront by the same developer.

I updated the W-Lofts page yesterday with new photos if you didn't see. They are looking awesome. The glass is being installed.

In regards to the listing, one thing I liked when living in Germany was how prominently rental costs per square meter were in the listings. Sometimes I wish they did this in Hamilton.
