Balcony cladding no where close to happening. Lanterra wants to make sure they get this right and don't have to start from the beginning.

You know downtown Toronto doesn't really get accumulating snow. We have 2 or 3cm in Don Mills, so don't feel bad.

Still cold as all hell here.

Drove past this today. First time I've seen it at this stage of construction. It's looking very nice. Am looking forward to seeing the finished project.

You can't use glass curtain wall on a museum. Sunlight is damaging to art work. No one would allow their collections to be exhibited there.

I know it has been mentioned before but this building looks slanted from almost every angle. We have our own `leaning tower of toronto`.

Once Bay Street gets built out, I'd love to see a streetscaping project undertaken. Bloor looks so much better with the granite sidewalks, planters, trees, etc. Bay should be next on the list. It's so barren and uninviting the way it is. I'd love to see some major retail there too. Maybe a Saks 5th Avenue, a giant Apple store, a Simons, etc.

I don't see Bay Street turning into a major retail thoroughfare. Yonge, Bloor and Spadina will have to do for now.

Ya. Unfortunately, Bay isn`t a destination street unless you work or live on it.

Burano, a condo that was never given much thought at first has quickly become a winner in this building boom.
