This is turning out amazing. Not normally a height whore, but this is one I would've loved to see much taller.

It would have been perfect if it had another 20 floors added to it.

I'm not greedy. It has an outsized presence for its site. Additional buildings will do more good than more height on this one. Maybe one of those will end up with more floors due to space requirements.

I like the base detail way more in the renders than in the finished product. Looks incomplete in a way.

Greed is good. 20-25 additional flights would have been awesome.

It's a children's hospital. It's not like they can lease an extra ten floors to Pepper Hamilton or something.

The glass on this building looks absolutely beautiful! I love its shade of blue.

Taken 7/27 onsite. Interesting to see them building the parking lot right onto the South Street bridge along with the entrance to the parking garage.

I really dig the design. I feel its the tye of design that could work for a 800ft building just as well as 400 feet.

I guess as demand permits. The second building will be 10 floors. The third will be anywhere between 15 and 20 floors. The final will be between 12 and 15 floors.
