The crane swiveled a bit. and the high reach is gone...
This really sucks. With this, the Shangri-La and the mythical tower of Surrey ( 80 floors ) it almost seemed like we were passing into the next height bracket.

Do we have a confirmed number on the height? I've seen both 188 metres and 193 metres.

Thanks Built Form for the update! I've been quietly wondering if this development had reached zero yet. It looks like it's just one platform away. Now things'll get interesting.

If it means anything, the height on the SSP Vancouver building diagram says 188m. Could the extra 5m perhaps include a roof spire, antenna, or such?

The 188m (616ft) height includes the mechanical penthouse and comes from this document (when the developer sought an FSR increase and a total height increase from 600ft to 616ft):
http://former.vancouver.ca/ctyclerk/...cuments/p1.pdf

I haven't seen any sources indicating a height greater than 616ft.
