Smile

Been passing by the development recently, sidewalk is opened to walk on in some areas, a lot of work inside and great progress on the new Loblaws. I'd post an update, but I'd rather wait for when the interior and landscaping is complete.

Thumbs up My Finalized opinion of this Complex

I understand this condo complex isn't quite completed, but I feel I've seen the gist of what this building holds up to, and will apply some reasoning for the rating I'd give this building.
Overall Rating: 3/5
The Following reasons state why this rating is held:
-From what memory serves, improvement of what the site previously contained
-Positive contribution to neighbourhood (Loblaws/retail, more residents etc.)
-Respectable improvement to sidewalk and street life (Addition of trees and nice design of wide sidewalks) -Not exactly an amazing design/materials could've been better, but also worse (Curve of balconies on North face is alright, but other sides are meh, a bit too many balconies)
Note
I only made this post since I never really seen this kind of post on SSP, and I thought to just give my opinion of this building, nothing to start an argument or to attempt to troll this thread.

Sorry, I have been reading the many strange arguments in the Great Canadian Skylines thread, it's a whirlwind of beautiful photos and off hand remarks misunderstood to be insults to other cities.
