It's Free to Look: Going Stratospheric in the Trump World Tower [Pics]

By Kat Stoeffel
October 26, 2010

Quote:
This 90th-floor unit of Trump World Tower has been on the market all of ten days, listed with Prudential Douglas Elliman's Dolly Lenz and Heather Swicicki.

In addition to the high ceilings, window walls and constant panoramic views, the luxury building offers stellar amenities like a 60-foot pool, private spa, concierge and valet parking. It was recently the tallest residential building in the city, until Frank Gehry's Beekman Tower downtown trumped it by a few feet.

The asking price is $34.5 million. Shocking, yes, for a 4-bedroom condo, but you're basically living inside a cloud. It's probably expensive to live in the International Space Station, too.

I'm torn between this unit and the top unit of 15 Central Park West.

^^^ Wow, that's pricey. You can get a 90 somethingith floor condo like that in the John Hancock for maybe 10 or 12 million and you'll be like 300 feet higher. It always amazes me how expensive NYC real estate is.

You know, I do love One Liberty too...
Maybe just because if it's giant, rough and unpolished appearance.
It just says: I'M HERE TO STAY. I AM OFFICE SPACE TO THE MAX. I AM YOUR CD-RACK IN SKYSCRAPER SIZE.
I love it.

P.s.:
(When the WTC went, It realised: HOLY COW, I'M FAT!!!!)
