Since dirt is now apparently being aggressively moved around by the Hanover Company at the Victory Park development, I suppose it's time for a breakaway thread from the catch-all city compilations thread.

Any Dallasites or others in the know are welcome to aid this thread, for sure.

The Cirque or just 'Cirque', aka The Icon prior to the current title.
Possible that it will have a twin tower, or, a tower of another size to fill the rest of its lot. Second project not designed yet, but, in the works.

Looks nice.

I didn't know construction was going to start in 2005. How active is construction?? Is it active prep work or demolition of an exsisting structure???

Decent midrise. Has some nice stuff, like the different colored glass panels on those 3 stories slightly to the right over the base in the rendering. If they use high quality glass!

I think those guys really need to give a bit better scale rendering for us nosy people. Hey kaz, yeah it was supposed to start this year and is in active prep. work as scheduled.

Closing deal is apparently nearing a finish for the second tower in this project. Don't think any (official) architectural plans have been drawn up though.
