Not sure what tenant they're looking for, but I sure hope it isn't Bass Pro Shops again... their Memphis deal for the old Pyramid Arena, like every other Bass Pro store, required huge taxpayer subsidy to prop up a business that doesn't make economic sense. Cabela's has the exact same business model of bilking taxpayers, so they're not any better.

Very much agree with you. It makes no sense to put a hunting store in the middle of a city...the last place someone is actually going hunting. Given the location I don't know that any suburban oriented stores make sense save for an IKEA and they like large floorplates for their building. They would probably either touch down in Elmwood or the area by Earhart where Restaurant Supple and Costco is.
Id like to see something like neiman marcus or Nordstrom there, an Alamo drafthouse cinema, shakeshack etc.
