Nice development and hopefully a sign of more to come. A bit disappointed about demolishing the current building considering there's ample surface parking in Billings but regardless it's nice.

I think the one to be demolished is a single story building that has run its usefulness. Now the one time federal building is being renovated to be the city hall, which means the depression era city hall will soon be vacated. Hopefully there will be a use for the current city hall which is a nice depression era building. Just no longer big enough to be the city hall.
