Floors 2-9 not likely a bank w/o ground floor space. With basement space could it be hotel, financial, or legal?

It could be a telco or communications firm. The basement would be perfect for a local datacenter.

Maybe a law firm or a small FBI HQ. Using the basement for interrigation rooms.

Well we know one of the tenants...

A Two Hippies Life's A Picnic is expected to open this spring in downtown Phoenix on the ground level of the Luhrs Building. It will offer salads and 10 different homemade soups.

Two Hippies are OK... they were pretty cool until they expanded out of control. Pricing and ingredients seemed to wane.

Quality at two hippies is amongst the worst in the city. I refuse to eat their food. This is at least more stuff downtown so w/e.

I'll never forget reading the health inspectors report on beach house at 5/camelback. I think he used the term "dozens of live roaches."

I talked to the desk guy at the lobby entrance. I asked about the spaces and he said he knew that there were two restaurants going in. We know of the Two Hippies, but no word yet on #2. With the signage going up, the more restaurants and businesses in Luhrs, the better. It will add to the overall excitement growing downtown!!!

A shoe store "Foot Locker" would be great for that location or maybe it's just my wishful thinking living downtown and having to drive to AZ Mills or Scottsdale Fashion for shoes

Id like to see this as well. And don't go to Fashion Square for shoes, they have crappy selection if you rock ball sneaks. I buy all my J's and Nikes at Mills unless its a linited J release then I go to High Point. Now that I've written all that, I realized I could care less if tey open a foot locker near me because it wouldn't be one that would get the limited drops, and that's all I cop.
