Dont forget Stantec tower next to it will be 60~ meters higher! That's what... another 18-19 floors?

And Stantec is not yet at the half way mark. just at level 33. Tenant work is now in full gear on the lower 30.

Stantec is past the 1/2 way mark meter wise.

Did they spec heat pumps all throughout Stantec like they did at CoE ?

What a terrible design. Hopefully at least Stantec has enough cooling tonnage

Great update Coldrx, love the angle and the impact of those two buildings.

Nice Montreal update too.....the tower's design isn't anything to note, but it's.....something.
