thanks for posting!

wow i cant believe they started building that already! why havent i heard about it? it's actually a pretty nice design - i'm so relieved! why is kaohsiung building so many arts/cultural projects now? they're currently building the Wei-Wu-Ying Center for the Performing Arts in Kaohsiung. then they want to build a maritime pop music center. and then they want to build a convention center. so many!

kaohsiung city planning is top notch compared to Taipei, and with the government positioning kaohsiung as a cultural center, along with countless city beautification projects, I'm sure kaohsiung will be the city to live in little time
