Many photos from today

Got some good shots of construction today. I apologise about the photos being so huge, I do not know how to shrink their size efficiently.

Thanks for the pics! I can't wait for them to begin the next phases of Concord Gardens, which will mean another 2-3 towers!

Photos taken by me yesterday, Dec. 22, 2016.

New section of Hazelbridge Way/Rd. I'm pretty sure that this is the steepest road in Richmond Rn, quite sadly (elevation increase of 4-5 meters)

A brand new road that connects Patterson Rd to Hazelbridge, and will eventually extend all the way to Capstan (according to the community "maps" in the first few posts)

The new neighbourhood park that everyone's been talking about!

It's not totally done.

Thanks.
That "Phasing Map" had me confused.
I guess they changed the phasing so South Estates is Phase 5?

it looks as they changed a bunch of the phasing's from the original map. i am thinking of removing that since it seems no longer accurate.

it looks like phase 1, and phase 2 remained the same. but phase 5 became phase 3, and phase 3 became phase 4, and phase 4 become phase 5.

so with that map;
- phase 1 = phase 1
- phase 2 = phase 2
- phase 3 = phase 4
- phase 4 = phase 5
- phase 5 = phase 3

Is the community park open yet? We'll be back up in May and would love to check it out.

Yeah, it was weird that phase 5 was in the middle but already built.
Thanks.

updated, found a new phasing map in the permit application for phases 4 & 5. i left the original though to have a record of the change because why not? weird that they changed the phasing, i wonder what the reason was.

It makes sense not to have the last site in the middle, as you'd be subjecting all the residents to construction noise when it's built.
For marketing, it probably wouldn't have good views, either.

Why is it integrated so poorly into the parking lot?
