No i just saw the plans which made it look like a giant co working space. Should be an exciting addition to the area. Lee circle is quickly becoming the hub of non profit vocational stuff... The work co sharing space, taylor education center, gno foundation and then GNOCHHI Insititute.

I wonder if this is going to be the continuation of the renovation started a few years ago? Or is this just basic stuff...

Wondering that myself.. im guessing its to carry what was started all the way through and organize the convention center to take advantage of the new stret setup and multi modal center. DOnt think we will see new tv and digital stuff on the henderson side just yet but I could be wrong. Ill post plans as soon as its added.

Odeon Rendering

I'm not sure if this is the latest, but I've located a different rendering of the Odeon from the City Business Website. This is the best I have. If anyone has a better version, please post.

Here's what I came up with. My question is does it take up the whole block? Originally I thought it wasn't supposed to but it's hard to tell from the picture.

If I were to guess, I'd say no. That block is very long along Loyola. I would assume it would be similar to the parking arrangement for The Standard with a tower section and a pool area above the parking and commercial areas. However, this parking extension may be of the same architecture to fit in with a second tower built later.

As far as this rendering, in my opinion, it is 10 times better than the original. The building has more uniformity of the windows and will give better city views from each apartment.

That rendering seems to indicate that the last part of the block will just be the next towers footprint and nothing else ... so will more than likely tie into this buildings parking .

The base on this tower is much better than the other one

That's exactly what I was thinking. A second tower, if built may not even include its own parking, but may use the same parking and/or amenities like the pool deck for its residents.
