Update

Nice to see a page on this skyscraper.

Some information posted has changed however since your source published. First the tower will be taller which was a change after they decided to make some floors (lower ones) single floor units. The floor height will now be 151.20m as this recent arch. plan shows:

The completion date is now set for June 2011.

Additionally, I include a few other photos including a recent progress one.

Cheers / Saludos

That's funny 'cause just few days ago I saw the first photo of the lower floors on the internet, but I thought those floors were from the old design, because T90 has changed its design a little.
---Thanks for the update and for posting the new plan.

Why??? If that page it's only for PROPOSALS, and this Tower is Under Construction.

And Back to the Topic, here's another picture where we can see the building better, 'cause in the other pictures the tower looked kind of too short.

People say that the back facade of the building ain't gonna be the same as the front one, that the windows on the front one are gonna be bigger, and that's gonna make the building look shorter, and that the back facade is gonna be different, making the building look its normal size or even taller, but nothing has been shown about it. (I mean a picture of it).

Here's the Picture:

And yes the windows are kind of big comparing them with the cars, but those renderings are old. so???

Although this building has begun construction I haven't seen anything indicating any recent activity. . . could this project be on hold???

Updates:

These people are going too slow on this, it's been over a year since the Tower was announced to be under construction, and nothing has changed since.

It's one of those optical illusion buildings, with the double floor windows--like Wynn in Las Vegas. 40 floors looks like 20! Glad to hear it's been bumped up in hight a bit. Maybe a moderator could put the new information into the title?

I loved this building ever since I first saw the renders for it... It's been more than a couple of years now, and it still can't get built
