Canada's Tallest Skyscrapers (150M+)

This list was mostly compiled using data from the SSP Diagrams. Buildings were sorted by Official Height first, then Roof Height, and finally # of Floors.

Harbourplaza is applying for one additional floor on both towers...

So the end result will be 227/237

Nor did I. Seemed like a fait accompli.

Glad you guys approve...

@ Chad, please update your drawing of 3 Civic Plaza...
@ Tony, please update your drawing of Spire...

To any editor, please add entries for 591 Sherbourne, 4800 Yonge and the new Foster tower at Bay & Scollard... those are the 3 towers I know of that are not in the diagram.
If there are any others I'm not aware of, please let me know.
There are many towers that are U/C but do not have a date associated... I plugged in 2017 for most of them as an estimate, but it would be nice to get some sort of official date.
How many floors are there in the Amazing Brentwood III? And in 217 Adelaide W? And West Village Towers I?

I don't really do drawings anymore. All of the ones I did were super crappy anyways 3 Civic Plaza could use some Koops love.

My 3 favorite towers on this list...

Scotia Plaza - 275 meters (#8)

The Bow - 236 meters (#26)

Awesome Job!

Thanks a lot for putting this together.

Looks like Vancouver will have another to add to the list.

Looks like it will be 515 feet (157 meters) tall.

It seems Vancouver's new crazy is 150 to 170 meter towers.

At least they are now true skyscrapers...

Also, Vancouver House is actually 151.5 meters, not 150, according to the official thread in the Vancouver section.

(this image / post is from an older article released a few months ago)

Holy skinny batman! But I like it... and great to add another tower to the list. Will be over 200 soon. I'm going to need some sort of consensus or something official in order to modify a building height... we need to convince whatever editor does the Vancouver section to modify the height in the database.

Yeah, I am not sure who the editor is for the Vancouver section.

Also, here is the site that this tower is proposed for. it is the best flatiron site in Vancouver and will really add to the Georgia canyon.

This gives context to why it is so skinny.

Dylan was usually adding the new developments while I was usually updating the statuses twice a year.

Thanks for the info (and your work).

Just double checked the Vancouver House thread, and it is indeed 497 feet (151.5 meters).

I was originally proposed at 150 meters but had a slight increase.

Also one would think this thread would be a little more popular in the skyscraper forum.

Especially given all the work that goes into making such a great list.

It's partly my own fault, since I haven't yet gotten around to updating my original post. I've been busy making new drawings...
Perhaps more will post once regular updates happen.

There may not be the same interest as many years ago but, I'm sure followers will develop as the list is updated and improved. It needs to be stickied though.

Every few months, I will check ZZ-II's World Supertalls List over at SSC.
