Can't wait for it to break ground level. I can see the site from my apartment and like the look of buildings rising up.

Something taller here would have certainly helped break up the ugly white wall of L'Esplanade Laurier towers. Too bad, another missed opportunity...

Really? Tbh I LOVE the L'Esplanade towers. White marble buildings are rare here. Only beige/ blue / brown buildings downtown would be dismal.

Also a fan of L'Esplanade. Some of the few buildings that stand out from the skyline.

Any recent renderings of 287 Lisgar?

There doesn't seem to be any information on the Claridge website. It's definitely called Claridge Onyx. In this July 7, 2017 Instagram post Claridge says condo. I thought it was going to be rentals.

I wonder what leftovers from the Claridge parts bin will be used on this one...

There's not a lot new to see other than the hoardings are down for the moment. Still not at grade.

It's fun watching it (I can see it from my apartment, but sadly not an angle I can take a picture of).

Just above grade. Neuf Architects have been charged to do the site plan on this one. Haven't seen any images yet.
