This cluster is starting to look pretty good when landing at YVR.

The upcomming Don Docksteader development will only further boost the density.

I just keep remembering that none of that was there when I moved here back in 2012. It's crazy how things have changed in just 6 years.

Will there be retail CRUs for the W1 project?

Looking a those pictures and google earth, maybe they should build space for some of those car lots to go into and then redevelop them. What a waste of space

The ground floor of the rental podium has a 37 space daycare. No retail.

The lack of any retail fronting Marine is a wasted opportunity. Instead there will be large setbacks from the street and what is essentially a cul-de-sac.

I drove by during the weekend and have to say that both towers felt quite underwhelming. The wood paneling doesn't really come through in real life.

Awful. Reminds me of landmark 33. Horrible interaction with the street while everything else that's gone up has done a good job. Not sure why the city decided it was enough of that

I don't get it either. The logical thing to do would have been to have retail/commercial fronting Marine with the underground parking accessed from the side street.
