I'm glad to see more density going up in this neighbourhood, given the LRT construction, but damn, this looks like every other friggin' building that gets proposed these days!

Which is particularly surprising given this is a Barry Hobin design. He usually puts at least some effort and creativity into his designs.

Construction activity this week. Shovel on site. Site trailors set up on West side Caruthers.Nothing on Morely Hoppner's website.
