That's not really in La Defense.

The rendering of the twin towers in Pont de Neuilly near la Defense by Claude Vasconi Look at here

The height of these twin towers 220m.

These towers would be at the place where are the two blocky towers. (Only 160m here)

Madrid has already used the idea of twin towers that mark the entrance of a business district.
Guangzhou will do the same.

^Ah, but are those twins across a river from the business districts? I really like the placement of those twins by La Défense (and the architecture is approrpiate for the site too).

Even tough La Défense is not as exuberant as HK, my guess is, yes, it will. Otherwise I hardlly see the point in that crown.

and what about this: a totally disused top floor of a parking garage built next to the LD péripherique close to the Granite construction site:



...where they have a great sense of humor too
