We are not the only city that has a drug problem. major cities all around the world have all kinds of social problems. Vancouver's a pretty good city, with a lot of improvements that it can, and should make.

The UK is one to talk All of their excessively social policies and CCTV cameras have somehow failed to make it utopia, yet.
