In Edmonton for a few days. What should I see?

Hey Edmontonians.
I'm on my way to your city right now, and I'm curious as to what I should check out. It's my first time to your fair city, and I'm in the regular SSP-type stuff; architecture, neighbourhoods, photogenic spots etc.

What would you recommend I see?

Thanks a bunch.

Thanks, man. I was going to PM you tomorrow, but I guess you're out of town.

Not sure what you're looking for, but:

There's one Whyte Ave by day (and supper too) and a completely different crowd and vibe at night.

Same, except vice versa for 104 Street (downtown).

The rooftop patio at 02 on 104 Street (just north of Whyte) has stunning views, especially so with the Fringe on). Same for the Courtyad Marriot next to the conference centre on Jasper.

Streetcar - hell yeah, stunning views and plain old fun: http://www.edmonton-radial-railway.a...ghlevelbridge/

With the streetcar, you can hit the downtown outdoor farmers' market on 104 street - which doubles as an informal purebreed dog show - as well as the Fringe and Strathcona farmers' market.

Art Gallery of Alberta often has interesting exhibits: https://www.youraga.ca/

Whyte, 124 Street, Leg groun ds Hawrelak Park (Edmonton's premier meat market) are all great places to people watch.

Dinner? Tony's pizza on 111 ave; best New YYrk style pizza this side of, well, NYC.
