That set just entails the differences in building codes in the developing nations from that of developed nations. Great progress here.

Are the Super-columns going to be encased in concrete all the way to the top, as they are on the lowest floors?

Don't be fooled by the bamboo scaffolding guys. That stuff is really strong. I've been shown a couple of bamboo sticks and it can be hard and durable as a steel rod that is equivalent in size to the bamboo.

Yes, and they reuse it (trust me, they do).

And how exactly does one get inside a construction site like this? Does it take a lot of begging?
