I forgot to count before I moved out but I'm pretty sure this is at 20 floors right now.

They're up to floor 19... just counted today. They also raised the crane up a good 100 feet.

This building is now clearly visible from all areas north of Center City as well as parts of Camden.

By the way the building will be 26 floors total if someone wants to change the title.

Yeah you can see this building from a ton of places. It's awesome. Great addition to the Temple skyline. Let's hope Temple gets that 241 footer going soon too.

It has one more floor to go! The facade has started to go up.

And will be even more in a few years. Currently there are plans to build a 241 foot Science, Education and Research Center. Temple is also moving on plans to build two more high rise dorms in the 300 foot range as well as the possibility of a 500 foot office tower. Things at Temple are really looking up.
