is that an apartment building or an office? i thought it was an office building cuz it looks like one but there's a pool and balconies. unless there's going to be a hotel inside too.

Those townhouses are so familiar to me...I have a book that has some pics of those.

architecturally they actually are pretty nice. for taiwan standards cuz most are just so ugly.

Because it is an official building. I feel that most skyscraper developments in Taiwan are residentail building. The quality of design is not good as official building or commerical building. Still, there are always has some good ones, but if you see the whole part, that is the fact.
