is that an apartment building or an office? i thought it was an office building cuz it looks like one but there's a pool and balconies. unless there's going to be a hotel inside too.

Because it is an official building. I feel that most skyscraper developments in Taiwan are residentail building. The quality of design is not good as official building or commerical building. Still, there are always has some good ones, but if you see the whole part, that is the fact.
