I think we should (and naturally will) focus on building up Main, Graham, and Portage. In that order. Smith/Donald would be second to those three.
We're never going to have all of DT filled with 20+ storey towers, so lets focus on the main streets and leave the quieter streets to smaller development. Broadway is better suited to maybe max 10 storeys at this point. Would rather see some consistency form within streets than the current patchwork of every block having one tall building.

The parking lot right beside the Cathedral is horrific to me, I'd really like to see it filled in with grass and the parking move to somewhere else on campus. It's awful.

Would really love to see better streetscaping on this block in front of RRC here – some planting beds and trees. For such an amazing building it feels so "cold" and a little desolate walking along it.
