^ Went to City Hall to witness the crowds, but didn't actually see any of the parade.
LOTS of people but too cold to hang out, for me anyway.

Yeah I was there. It was quite an experience to say the least. It was both great and exiting and really miserable. There were sometimes that I was stuck in a crowd and I wasn't able to breathe for a bit.

So I assume the mechanical section on top of the roof of this baby @ 9/10 ' is the over all height of the tower .....
Or can we just add that to make the whole building 294 ' tall .....

Some interior shots of the first tower - they really did a good job with these.

Looks good, rent is appropriate for the space/location.

^the cladding is much further along now on tower 2, but felt it was a very nice photo nonetheless.

The screens are nearly don't on the second tower at this point. Granite curbs are in place on Market and on 11th street. I'd assume a sidewalk will be poured within the next week.

Great perspective. I just love this project. An updated pic from this vantage point would be great!

I like the st James, PSFS and Aramark building sneaking in there; Adds to the density.

I don't have a picture, but this building is visible when you cross the street past Reading Terminal Market, and it was a good angle.

Anyone have intel on whether the design stores still plan to move to this complex? I know Design Within Reach pulled out, but I thought existing stores were going to move to the building where Mom’s Organic is, which has been complete for some time. As far as I can tell, the Design Studio and Biltwell and all the others are all still at 23 and Chestnut. Maybe they are moving to spaces in the two towers that still need to be completed?

The businesses that were supposed to relocate were in 2400 Market. I believe there are already in the 34 S. 11th street building. There is an entrance along the walkway between that building and 1199 Ludlow.
