I just have to say it was my first trip to an Asian country. I was a bit nervous going by myself, but the people I worked with were awesome, as were the people of KL. I hope I can return as a tourist the next time to experience more. The food, the culture, the vibe of the city, I loved it all.
So here goes. (I won't be offended by constructive criticism of my photos, as I am an amateur, so feel free please
) All pictures by me.

3. Getting closer.
4. With all of the construction in the foreground, this vantage point may be
gone in a years time:
5. Can't complain about our Asian Travel Coordinators choice of hotels, nice view it was. Right next to Jalan Sultan Ismail, a popular nightclub area especially for the Westerners.
6. More skyline stuff later, let's change gears for a bit. How about Japanese for dinner?
7. The aquariums aren't just to add to the ambience, though they do.
8. They are usually hold parts of the menu offering...
9. Then a few long days of work. Finally friday, so we went to Chinatown/Jalan Petaling
10. I just love markets like this, they are so vibrant. Shutdown time was around 10:30PM, but still plenty of time after work to wander.
11. I just had to buy a fake Rolex. $35US, not so bad. Exchange rate was 3 ringit to the dollar.
12. Chestnuts roasting (I won't say the rest)
13. Taking the LRT back, had a good view of the minaret of the National Mosque.
14. Monorail was right outside the hotel, took it to Bukit Bintang plaza later in the trip.
15. I guess Petronas Twin Towers are kind of obligatory, so here ya go.

38. OK show I am showing my weird side, but it is a good word to know....
39. Malaysia's national car, the Proton.
40. Entrance to the National Museum which was closed that day. Renovations?
41. I liked the mural of Malaysian history on the outside.
42. Megaliths.
43. How you doin?
44. Police uniforms. Don't be naughty.
45. Captured communist insurgency from the 50's/60's. The Malaysian Emergency as it was known.
46. The Malaysian Flag (In case it comes up on a video Jeopardy clue, now you know.) Nice looking flag actually.
47. Enough of museums, back out and about. The National Mosque wasn't to far away.

51. Malaysian royalty.
52. On to the Batu Caves, a sacred Hindu shrine is located here.
53.
54.
55. They were filming this with a motion camera cam. They were dancing so fast they were a blur...that's my story.
56.
57. The temple. I hope that is the correct word, forgive me if not.
58.
59. Felt kind of weird taking a picture in here, but other people were doing it with no complaints or acknowledgent from the worshipers, so I took two shots inside.

71. Durian, a Malaysian favorite (though even some Malaysians can't eat it). It was the
only time I didn't like a food in Malaysia, it has a pungent odor and was awful. Most hotels won't let you bring it inside.

I believe it is the mascot of their wireless network provider???
