Should the title of this thread not be changed to Under construction?? They are well past site preparation..

If there is a crane now, than construction has definitely begun. A mod should update the thread title, please

A second crane will also be onsite. I got final drawings for tender last week.

It is a ways away but as of tonight I can see the cross horizontal portion of the crane assembled on the first crane and the vertical portion of the second crane appears to be up.

Some of the parkade foundation walls have started, this project has a fairly aggressive schedule. Lots of work to be done to have the major portion of concrete to be done from October to January of this year. Those cranes are going to be FLYING to have all that done!

I used to live on the 11th floor of the existing res towers, I can confirm that the view is quite nice.

I visited the site this week, it appears that 2/3rds of the main floor under the towers has been placed and finished. There was a HUGE yellow and blue concrete pump onsite. This project is going to move along very quickly once the main floor is completed.
