The junction of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek in Denver has inspired the name of a currently climbing highrise multifamily tower nearby. Situated at 15th Street and Little Raven Street, the 34-storey building by PM Realty Group and National Real Estate Advisors has been aptly coined The Confluence.
