Perot has an iconic skyscraper on the drawing board for downtown Dallas, designed by famed architect Norman Foster. It could be the tallest in the city. “It’ll help change the profile of downtown Dallas,” Perot said last November.
The rendering of a proposed cylindrical 70 plus story office tower is sitting in his Dallas office. Perot bought the land site way back in 2013. But all we know since, is that he is looking for a major tenant.

If you think Perot is going to waste millions on an ego trip because Dallas "deserves" this building, you expect to see it built one day. If you're like me and expect him not to invest in something like this unless there's a demand for residential and office space downtown, you're skeptical that this one will ever become reality.
