OH MY....... that's so amazing, the paradise of the constructions, the city of cranes!!!!!! and I can't believe the next tallest building in the world has already more than 20 floors!!

^^ It is up to level 29 (the centre of the core only). The wings are way below that

^ It's hard to tell, but it looks like the wings scaffolding have finally moved up 2 or 3 floors.

In ssc some people say that the al-burj (no burj dubai)is under construction,what about that?

Nope it's not. It's a proposal by Nakheel and in fact won't start construction for at least 4 years or so, maybe even more
