Berlin Photo Question

Hello,

Strange request, but does anyone know where the photo below was taken?

It seems like it might be a helicopter, but I'd be interested to see if anyone has any similar shots of Berlin like this one.

I guess this picture was taken from the Treptowers or on top of one of those residentials buildings next to it
