I kind of like their donuts. *hangs head in shame*

zero for three. That's a lot of visits from me in the last three weeks.

I'm still at only 1 win so far this year, a donut. I'm not sure how many I've bought in total but I think it's around 10. That said I've cut back on my Tim Hortons consumption drastically during the past couple of months due to poor service and the layoffs.

I did find a donut winning tab in a parking lot over the weekend.

I don't buy Timmies as much as I used to, but I'm at 1 for 3, not bad.

My father, on the other hand is having a great year... He's won the Camry.

Was it the actual car or just a lease?

It's apparently now the actual car, not a lease. I think they only did that for two years?

They bought a new car last year, and were going to just take the money, but apparently you can't.

That's stupid. If I won it, I would sell it. Winning a car would actually be a financial burden on me as I'd have to start paying insurance and registration fees and all this other nasty stuff (I'm car-free).

This must have something to do with taxes on Tim's. Before it was option of full car or cash payout, then it was a lease (and/or presumably cash payout as well) and now simply full car.

I had a black Timmy's coffee for the first time ever this week. I lost.

I am at 4 coffee wins, and 2 donut wins. Out of perhaps 27 purchases (all coffees). Certainly better than last year (or worse? I am still drinking what passes for coffee at Tims...I blame it on the fact that there is one in my building).

I finally won a coffee, I'm about 1 and 8.

My dad ended up winning a $100 timmies card from one of his roll ups.

What's with the stupid thing they say when you order at the drive-thru? Welcome to Tim Hortons, will that be regular or dark roast...or something like that. Sounds so retarded and corporate. I only order a sandwich and steeped tea and don't want their friggin' awful coffee!!

Ugh, I hate those kinds of pitches at drive-thrus or when calling to make an order on the phone. If I wanted it I'd ask for it. The worst was the pizza place I had to call on a number of occasions in a previous job, it was not to order pizza but every time I called the person answering in a super-happy rapid sales voice would say "Thanksforcallingpizzaplacewouldyouliketotryour2toppinglargepizzawith4cokesandwingsforjust$19.99?" Um, no. I need to talk about your phone service

wins/trials

0/2

I notice they abandoned the two side rolls of the last couple of years. now there is only one way to lose.
