Still lots of opportunities to build right across from Gilmore Place. The White Spot, Steve Nash, etc have got to go.

So hard to get a perspective for how prominent the 700 footer will actually be, particularly in relationship to the mall site and Altus.

Should look fantastic driving Lougheed headed east.

Thats actually a great shot of Brentwood - would be fun to see it taken now.

A lot of those sites are under construction or about to be.

Seems like land is left, but its most illusion of empty space due to townhouses at base of existing towers.

Yes I agree it is a great shot of Brentwood, but the 2 Gilmore towers are overly exaggerated.... not an actual comparison.

Any update on when they actually will start selling to the public? All I see are just ads for the project in the papers and it's been months now. Even no sales center for the general public which is odd. Unless the slow down in condos is also affecting presales that they are holding back and delaying the sale until the fall of 2018 when we see more demand?

I don't think the fall is going to help with demand.

The amount of units under construction is astronomical.

As these start to complete over next 12-24 months it should dampen the appetite for pre sales dramatically.

So private deals with money launderer's, astronaut families, real estate agents with questionable intentions, and BC number companies acting as nominees for undisclosed owners. Got'cha.

How do you know that? Do you work for them?

I don't get why onni still has this listed as coming soon on their website when they have sold out towers 1 and 2 and are currently selling tower 3 now

Kinda shady isn't it? Mysterious anyway. Quite unlike Solo 3, they operate openly and still sold out.... good for them.

He's sounded like a sales agent for Gilmore Place since he joined, so I'd guess he's involved in some capacity on that side of the business.

Yeah, really rubs me the wrong way being on the side of someone who actually wants to afford to live in the Vancouver region when I move back.

Also makes sense, since this project seems full of shady tactics.

At the very least you think he could post the elevation diagrams or give us the official height with a solid source. (For all the towers).

Astroturf. I particularly like his praise of this tower, while crapping on Vancouver House.

Tower 1 is sold out, and now most of the units in Tower 3 are sold too, though there are still chance from those purchasers who rescind their contracts within 7 days. ONNI is gearing up to sell their signature tallest tower #2 soon, prices are expected to be higher.
