P2 you may need to do a drive by exorcism after I have a few cold ones! Wear some garlic around your neck or some Olive Garden bread sticks in case the demons are hungry.

Neighborhood would have rejected that proposal as well no matter how nice it looked.

Came here to post this. I am so sick of Virginia Highland and morningside. Nothing has been built in ages and your shops are closing because more people live in and want to visit growing neighborhoods. Virginia Highland is nice, but not that nice.

Monroe @ 10th

Wow...

The redesign was excellent, and would have been an enormous improvement for the neighborhood.

I so agree, Atl3000... pissed, that they didn't give it a chance.

It has no hotel, a single row of excitingly-designed shops and entertainment along the Beltline, and single-family homes adjacent to the neighborhood... totally nothing to complain about.

I really like how the condos step up to one of Atlanta's most important nodes... and designed in red brick, which is "of VaHi".

This important location is all of Atlanta's, not just (little) Virginia-Highland's, which could benefit from well-designed growth.

What do you think?

And it would have brought another grocery. Even with Kroge coming, this area needs another grocery already and certainly will need it when Trader Joe’s is eventually redeveloped. The height is y’all, yes, but Atlanta needs height and density, particularly of residences, in locations like this walkable to midtown and adjacent the beltline.

Lest we forget that this was also proposed here...

That is sort of a special neighborhood. We have to be careful not to screw it up.

It's not. At least not more so than most other Atlanta neighborhoods. This was a good proposal.

As a Va Highlander, it boggles my mind that we can be totally cool with all the development on Ponce, yet this project, the same even distance away from the hood, is a no go. I’m embarrassed for my neighborhood. FFS we need to think beyond “it’s bad for traffic”

Is a truly dead or can it possibly be revived.

Just build it with zero parking.

Oh look, another Millennial-basher. There was quite a bit of grey hair at the meetings and Millennials are still the minority in Va-Highland, so try again.

1105 West Peachtree - New Rendering

10th & Howell Mill - Cooper Carry Architecture

I don't know anything about this other than Cooper Carry posted this 3 months ago.

Ivan Allen Blvd - Downtown

I think this is an old proposal.

If 10th & Howell mill actually has numerous giant blank facades, that project needs to be updated or killed ASAP.

Better yet, why would you walk away from 1.2 Million sqft lease and not put the full amount of office space on the market to sub-lease? Loopnet is only showing 516K sqft available for lease in a 1.5 million sqft building.
Are your sources still pointing you towards a possible Stitch location of the HQ2 or is it elsewhere in the city?
