{SA} 518 Acre Mixed-Use Development in City South

A lot of really cool things are taking shape in City South. From The Preserve at Medina River, Espada and Verano now there is a new 518 acre mixed-use development planned for City South.

2,000 Homes (town homes, garden homes, single family), 42 acres of commercial, 7 acres multifamily, one new school.

The Preserve is under construction. Espada is planned to be begin construction sometime this year and I believe Verano will break ground next year.
