I miss that Dillard's in the third shot. I can't wait for Rackspace to start moving in, and really kick off redevelopment of the Walzem corridor

Sweet! Hard to believe that's the same building. I like the "tetris" windows that they put in. Seems like SA is an example for other places to follow when it comes to reusing things, be it old buildings downtown, deserted quarries, or empty shopping malls.

it might be really interesting to see what ends up being the better re-invention of mall space - central park or windsor park?

different ideas obviously, but the opportunity was equal...
