right. it would be cool air from say april to october, and warm air from november to march. So if you are in march and using the heater, then you have the need for a/c, you'r e out of luck til' it switches over. It's not like they are saying ok you have to be this temperature, they are just saying we can only have cool air or warm air. You still have a thermostat and can control how much air comes in.

Their condo complex has 9 pools, 4 tennis courts, and some exercise facilities.
I'm pretty sure all HOA fees here include snow removal.

Phoenix is the next Detroit. Do you want to invest in downtown Detroit properties as well? ;-p

I live in Canada and bought a $250K home for $105K in Gilbert, AZ.

Gilbert is a real nice place.

how do you buy a $250K home for $105K?

If you bought it for $105K, then it is a $105K home, not a $250K home.

People are stupider than rocks.

LoL... maybe they screwed up the Canadian conversion rate. Or, maybe it's just more Jim Balsillie accounting methods.

That price still needs to come down to attract people dt. DT Phoenix isn't exactly cosmopolitan.
