43.....spyguy? Say it aint so. I really, really was hoping for at least a 50 if not 60 the way they talked in that first article of the future hotel. But hey, 43 is better than 4, my opinion..

360 W Erie - looks like they made some improvements to the ground floor (although still parking, so not sure how much it will really help versus brick, but it does look less bunker-like)

Uhhh!.such a disappointment on Height!...prime Michigan avenue land on a strip of the boulevard that is in a transformation phase and they come up with with 43 stories...smh...add it to the list of wasted opportunities in this city

This one screams out to be posted again. FANTASTIC design. B+L shows how modern and contextual is done without being dumb, sloppy, clumsy or faux nostalgic. Great stuff.

And TUP and LVDW: This is what you call an appropriately logical use and density for this area (although assuming it gets a haircut before being approved)....

I agree that density is appropriate for a site that is closer to Garfield Park than the Sears Tower. Anything West of there should step up every block until you have 30-40 floor skyscrapers starting at Morgan and going East.
