It's a little "town centre" I guess. It has a massive strip mall, on the southwest corner of the intersection and the Loblaws will be on the northwest. It's actually the ground floor retail of the Fantasy Gardens project you mentioned. The western building has a bunch of retail spots with doors that open to the street, but for some reason the eastern building with the Loblaws you have to actually drive into the apartment complex in order to access it. Like I said, it's a big, windowless wall that's facing the street on that building. The condos above look really nice to me though.
