A Shoppers you typically be 20,000 sq ft or larger now depending mostly on the size of the grocery section. That can also be split over two floors if there is a reason to but they heavily prefer a single floor layout.
It should be possible to lookup the floor sizes on the former Sears store if you search the leasing info of the mall.
Taking a guess the per floor size of Sears was likely 60,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft.
It might be a combo like HomeSense/Winners across both floors, Shoppers on the main floor only and smaller retail units on the other part of the second floor fronting onto a permanent version temporary pedway.

According to the internet: 123,000
square feet over two levels. There is also a huge basement. That is going to be tough to rent.
From what I am hearing nothing significant is imminent. Don't expect Shoppers to move. Ideally we would get a Simon's but I am not holding my breath.
