I like this one. Wish it was taller so would be more prominent from a distance. But a nice change in colours from the norm.

The gimmicky red accents aren't doing much for me. I wish the developed had decided to put in some effort and pay tribute to the neoclassical design of the Canada Life Building.
This is crap considering the location.

Red face

Thi is a neat design, but this better be a nice red on these balconies, really don't wanna see no red like E condos.

This turned about a lot better than I thought it would. I honestly thought I would hate this, but with the quality of that window wall being much better than expected, the balconies create a sort of organized chaos texture to the overall composition. With cheaper materials and finishes, this would have been an utter disaster, but here it looks like a purposeful mess, in a kind of Thom Mayne/Morphosis (re: good) kind of way.
