I didn't realize just how great of views existed from that area. That should be another draw as they build more along that corridor.

Yeah, this was from the South Shore District development. I didn't take the photo.

Man, if they had built the Fairmont at its original size, it would have been positively giant from this angle.

Sadly, all that that needs is Rainey and the South Shore to include the entire skyline.

Is this taken from Alamo Plaza? I've still never been in there. Is there a parking garage hidden in there we can get to the top of for photos?

Or maybe it's from the top of the Gibson Flats garage...

My Google Pixel has some really badass panorama options I'd like to try out. Maybe I can get the entire skyline like wwmiv wants.

That has to be from Gibson Flats, because of the proximity to Town Hollow apartments and Hanover.
Not sure if it was taken from one of the balconies on the north side, or if is from the top of the parking garage. I have never been in the parking garage, so not sure if you can get a view from there.

Nice pics. It won't be long before the trees and grass green up again. I'll state the obvious and say that the Independent will do a nice job bridging the gap between 360 and the Seaholm condos from the vantage point the 3rd pic was taken.

Since it was foggy this evening I did a Black and White from Doug Sahm Hill and color photo from the Pfluger Bridge.

^Those are really nice. I love foggy weather.

Some nice aerials here from Over Austin showing the UT HQ and Aloft Hotel. See the video below also.
