Arrow DALLAS | SkyHouse Victory Place | 290ft | 25 floors

Skyhouse has proposed a case to the FAA about building a second Skyhouse residential tower in the Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas.

Previously, Skyhouse has recently finished constructing a 24 story residential tower in the Victory Park neighborhood closer to downtown.

Nothing official yet, but we should expect to hear an announcement in the next couple months.

Skyhouse's FAA Proposed Case

This one will be called SkyHouse Victory Place. The construction cam is up and the fence is up as well. Looks like construction is imminent.

So it looks like this one will officially be 25 floors as mentioned in the above article. This means the building will probably be 290 ft as requested and approved by the FAA. If someone can please update that.

This one is a 25-story high-rise being built by Atlanta-based developer Novare Group.

Dallas? But the rendering shows this building in Chicago... judging from the angle somewhere in Lake Michigan no less

One of those cases where developers choose some other U.S. city as a backdrop. We know better, as we can see the Aon Center, but the rest (general public) are clueless. A cheap marketing trick. I believe there was a case for some development in Kansas City where they chose a Houston backdrop to showcase its new development. But in a way, its kinda insulting to Dallas because the city has an awesome skyline.

This project needs moved from "Proposals" to "Highrise Construction" since it is now in full construction mode.
