The hotel will have 250 guest rooms and include 46 luxury suites, with the project's architects having worked on both the Royalton and the Standard Hotel in the past. All in all, given the location, the design is quite appropriate--while rooms are certain to have a hefty price tag, the hotel's views will be minimal given its location along 57th. Still, the site represents a welcome addition to one of the city's fastest growing thoroughfares.

Decent infill, IMO... there is work ongoing on-site and I'll swing by and get pictures either today or on Friday. I believe it's above ground level, but the business of the site makes taking pictures difficult.
