Nice, I'm surprised the office market in Miami is doing as well as it is though.

We could have this and the near supertall office tower (One Brickell) rising side by side.

Still moving along, last update was August 9th regarding a police memo. The Pre-App also indicates some type of crown at the top. SOM has no teasers on their site

Yup, whats also cool is a basement provided, most likely for parking. That'll make the tower hopefully more sleek and not have an obvious disconnect between the parking pedestal and the upper floors like 830 Brickell.

I worked with the firm making a 3D Model of the building. If they're still using the design I was given, it's a fairly nice building. It looks more like a Foster Building!
